Cassino & Laben
(Andrea Cassino & Alex Laben) happened to meet while they were
working at the same place as Prs and Djs in 1999.Right from
the beginning, their friendship, the same way of thinking, the
same feelings about music turned into a real passion.The
mutual understanding between the two turned out to be highly
positive and driven by an uncontrollable will to do something
tangible, they began their plans in 2001.Privately organized
evenings and panties with friends, their previous experiences
allowed them to move from the ambient to break beat, from the
progressive to the house electronics.All these experiences
come through in their productions and with time they obtain
sounds which are close to their inner thoughts.In 2002, they
met, just by chance, Stefano greppi during one of his DJ set
in the locale area. A great friendship was immediately
established and thanks to his advice and experience they
gained a further sense of security and convinction to follow
the road they had chosen....In this moment they collaborate
with important labels (Screen Recordings, Stefano
Greppi),(Mo-do, Mas Collective) e (Bandung Records, Lemon 8).All
of their productions are a rereminiscence af their moods and
feelings, expressing their search for peace of mind....
